Steps how to add robot.txt file in blogger site -

Step 1) - First of all, you have to login Blogger with Gmail inside your browser, within any website you want to implement robot.txt file.

Step 2) - click here to setting





Step 3) - Click to Search Preference




Step 4) - click custom robot.txt





Step 5) - Generate Robot.txt file

2nd sitemap -

User agent *

Disallow: /search
Disallow: /Category
Disallow: /tag
Allow: /
Sitemap: https://www.yoursite.com/sitemap.xml

Edit this file - remove yoursite.com and paste original homepage URL.

Step 6) - click here to edit & paste code(robot.txt) and save it.

Steps - how to Set Custom robot header tags setting blogger ?

Step 1) - You have to do all the steps just like robot.txt

Step 2) - When you clicked on robot.txt in steps 4, but now you have to click on custom robot header tags.




Step 3) - Click to edit And like the setting given in the image, you will have to do the same setting.




Step 4) - click to Save.

Your setting will be saved, now your website is fully ready to be indexed in the search console. You can save the setting through this process.
